The maximum size of the poster is A0 paper format (90 cm width and 120 cm height) format. No specific guidelines are provided for preparation of the poster. The organisers suggest only to clearly show the title (minimum 72 pt) and authors name & affiliation (minimum 48 pt). At least one author per paper must be present during the poster session. Posters have to be placed in the reserved space during the morning of the corresponding poster session day and removed at the end of the session. Authors will find pins and adhesive tape at the School Secretariat.
